This spray works very well and enables me to go without taking Zyrtec D everyday. I have chronic sinus infections, particularly on the left side. I had sinus surgery last year with no relief. This is the only product I've used that has no side effects and actually produces results. Thank you.

I totally agree with the other reviewer. After 3 sinus ops this is excellent. The operations just dont seem to get rid of constant infections. Im not s aying you'll never need help from a dr again,but it can hold your problem away or sometimes it does clear your problem completely. I have never come across another spray that works as well and I have been through alot!!!
Excellent just like the other reviwer said, seems like we have simalar problem.
