Astigmatism is a condition where the cornea is irregularly shaped causing distorted vision. A toric lens is specially shaped and designed to provide 2 different powers to the eye to correct this vision problem.
Frequency 55 Toric is made of a thin, highly deposit resistant material that provides long hours of comfortable lens wear.

First time for contacts, 1 year later... I have had an alright experience with the frequency's ive had several crack on me within 2 weeks and then ive had a few last for sometime before needing to be replaced. In the beginning its like having a new pair of socks on.. but just on your eyes ; ) but after a few weeks i find them to be very dry especially at night. They stay put fairly well but DONT nap or sleep in them, its fun trying to peel them off eyes let me tell you! All that being said, im still going back for more ; )

Better than the rest My doctor has gotten me to try new "better" contact lenses quite a bit, but they all seem to shift around more than the Frequency. I like the way Frequency 55 stays put.

Nice Lens Been wearing these lenses about a year and a half. Good fit, pretty comfortable; can usually get some extra 'mileage' out of them. You'll be satisfied with this these lenses.

I've been wearing glasses since I was 8 and contacts since I was 12. These were the first type of contacts I ever tried and every year my doctor would suggest a new brand which I would test out for two weeks and none are even comparable to these. Frequency is by far my favorite brand of contact lenses. At times they become dry and make my eyes very itchy but overall they are very comfortable :)
