International Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping to Countries Outside of the United States
Orders are shipped either by International Express Mail or by
Global Priority Mail.
- Global Priority Mail - £10.95
- International Express - £17.95
Additional International Shipping Information:
- International Express is generally significantly faster. Delivery times by both methods vary widely between countries and
often depend to a large extent on local import/customs processing.
With some exceptions your lenses can generally be expected to
arrive within 1-4 weeks.
- Global Priority Mail is slower than Global Express with delivery times
that generally fall between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the destination country and the time required for
the package to clear customs in the destination country.
Duties, Sales or Value Added Taxes
Please note that some governments (especially in Europe and Asia) collect Sales
or Value Added Taxes (VAT) on contact lenses and other optical items. Such duties
and/or taxes are NOT included in the purchase price of your order. It is the
your responsibility to pay any such taxes as required by local statute at the
point of delivery.
Package Loss and Fraud
Discount Contact Lenses monitors package loss and credit card fraud rates for different countries
and regions on an ongoing basis. On occasion, we find it necessary to require additional information prior to
filling an order and/or decline to fill an order. The company reserves the right to decline to fill any order
to any country or region at its sole discretion.
*Shipping and handling charges include actual shipping charges, as well as order processing,
labor and materials charges associated with handling an order.

- Canadian Shipping - £5.95
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and will generally arrive in 7-14 working days. Some packages can be
held by Canadian customs for duties and taxes, see disclaimer below.
