Choose an Interval
We'll suggest an interval, but if it doesn't work for you, choose another option offered by the manufacturer that better suits your schedule. If something changes, manage your Lens Subscription under Account Settings or contact our Customer Service Team.
Pay as You Go
Lens Subscription customers will receive 10% off future subscription orders and free shipping; your credit card won't be charged until your Lens Subscription ships.
You'll receive an email ten days before we create your order to remind you that we will bill your credit card and ship your contact lenses. A follow-up reminder will be emailed two days prior, as well.
Update Your Lens Subscription at Your Convenience
To change your Lens Subscription details, go to Account Settings > Order History > Lens Subscriptions. Changes are applied immediately. (Please note: Changes on your Lens Subscription only affect future orders, not orders already placed.)
Cancel Your Lens Subscription at Any Time
You can cancel your Lens Subscription at any time by going to Account Settings > Order History > Lens Subscription or by calling our Customer Service Team.
